WHO

Many of our sailors are Milford Yacht Club (MYC) members it is not necessary to be a member of MYC to participate. (Although you'll probably want to join!) 
You also don't need to own a boat your first year... which gives new comers a chance to try it out. 
Guests may sail with us twice each half without registering to join the fleet. 
Participants share the race committee responsibilities. 
We have all levels of ability and experience. 
Rates and types of participation will be posted for the 2008-2009 season in October.

WHAT

We sail a 9' Dyer Dow Dinghy.
We have two sets of Club Sails owned by the Frostbite Club.
We have two chase boats and a race committee boat.
We sail in most weather except hurricanes, tornadoes and blizzards :)
We sail anywhere from 5-12 races a day... depending upon the weather.

WHEN

We sail 2 sessions. First half usually runs from the first weekend in November to the last weekend in December. Second half begins in January and ends the beginning of March.

WHERE

We sail out of Milford Yacht Club. Weather permitting we sail just inside of Charles Island in the Gulf. On days when it is to windy or rough, we sail inside the harbor.
