Sailing | J/22, 2015 Results

J-22 Profile Drawing According to the J/22 class website, people say the J/22 is “the best sailing boat they’ve ever been on. It’s responsive, stable with a fixed lead keel and safe, as much fun to singlehand with main only as it is to plane under spinnaker in 18 knots of wind.” Here at the MYC, we are fortunate to have the generosity of the Milford Sailing Foundation and the dedication of a group of volunteers to make this class of boat available to the members of the MYC.

Racing has already begun for the hardy, spring sailors, below are the results from the first day of racing. Check back for the subsequent results from May 9th. Following days will be racing to complete the Spring Series; Sunday May 31st, Sunday June 7th, and Sunday June 14th.
