New Year’s Eve at the MYC

As we say good-bye to 2015, there is one last chance to enjoy the fine dining from Chef David & team. We will be hosting an early dinner, served between 6-9 PM, allowing for the opportunity to make it to your next destination.

The menu includes the following;

Choice  of Appetizer

  • Wild Mushroom Crostini
  • Lobster Bisque
  • Classic Shrimp Cocktail
  • Mixed Baby Greens, Pine Nuts, Craisins, Bleu Cheese and rolls and butter

Choice of Entrée

  • Chicken Wellington
  • Breast wrapped in pastry topped with mushrooms and chive demi cream
  • Filet Mignon Harlequin, 8oz filet with truffle mashed potato fresh vegetable béarnaise sauce and cognac
    demi glaze
  • Spinach and Artichoke Plank Roast Salmon~ With fresh vegetable and rice pilaf ~
